This page explains what data MOI Digital collects, why we use it, and who we share it with. This text is a general guide and does not replace legal advice.
Who is responsible
MOI Digital is a two-person studio — Jesús Bordones and Marianela Oyarzabal. You can reach us with any question about your data at the contact address below.
What data we collect
Through the contact form: name, email, company (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message. If you accept analytics cookies, we also measure visits in aggregate (see our Cookie Policy).
What we use it for
Contact form data is used only to answer your inquiry — it's sent by email via Resend, not stored in any database or CRM. If you arrived from an ad or campaign (Meta, Google), we store which campaign for 90 days to understand which channels work; that data is attached to your inquiry and used for nothing else.
Who we share data with
Resend processes the delivery of your inquiry email. Google processes Analytics data (if you accepted cookies) and Google Calendar data (if you book a call). WhatsApp/Meta processes messages if you write to us on that channel — WhatsApp's privacy policy applies there, not ours. The site is hosted on Vercel.
How long we keep your data
We don't store contact-form data in any system of our own — it's sent by email and lives wherever we manage our inbox. The campaign-attribution cookie lasts 90 days, the cookie-consent decision 180 days, and Google Analytics cookies up to 13 months (see Cookie Policy).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Since we don't maintain our own database, in practice this is limited to the emails you've sent us.
