These general terms apply to using this site and to the business relationship with MOI Digital. The specifics of each project (scope, price, timeline) are agreed separately, in writing, before work begins. This text is a general guide and does not replace legal advice.
Our services
We offer three lines of work: Growth 360 (web development + campaign management), Software Development (websites, ecommerce, and custom systems), and Paid Media (Meta Ads and Google Ads management). This site doesn't sell or charge anything directly — each project is quoted and contracted separately.
How a project starts
Every project starts with a conversation and a specific proposal: scope, deliverables, price, and timeline are agreed in writing before anything is billed. Payment terms are defined in that proposal on a case-by-case basis.
Ownership of delivered work
Once paid in full, the code, design, and other deliverables of your project are yours. We may use the work as a portfolio reference unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Use of this site
This site (moidigital.com) is informational. Its content — text, design, code — belongs to MOI Digital unless stated otherwise; you may share and cite it with attribution.
Limitation of liability
We do our best work on every project, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes (sales, traffic, search rankings), since those depend on factors outside our control. MOI Digital's liability is limited to what was actually paid for the project in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the last-updated date is shown above. Projects already under contract are governed by what was agreed at signing.
